Sam Darnold won"t be the No. 1 decide within the 2018 NFL Draft based on the newest report popping out of Cleveland. Mary Kay Cabot is reporting the Cleveland Browns have narrowed issues right down to Josh Allen and Baker Mayfield for the highest choice in tomorrow night time’s draft. Cabot is reporting the Browns have “cooled” on Darnold in current weeks and would like the large-armed Allen or the Heisman Trophy-profitable Mayfield. Might this simply be a smokescreen? Positive, however Cabot is often fairly plugged in to what the franchise is doing. Most draft specialists have Darnold going No. 1 and he’s the consensus prime quarterback on this class. So yeah, it’d be a reasonably large shock if the Browns handed on him. It might even be a reasonably basic transfer by a franchise that repeatedly makes puzzling selections. We’ll see the way it all performs out tomorrow night time.
